If you have forgotten your password you can claim a new one. Start by clicking the 'Forgot password' link at the top of the page (fig. 4.1).

You will be taken to the 'Request new password' page. In the 'Username or email address' field you need to type either your username or your email address. Then click on the 'Email new password' button (fig. 4.2).
